9bizub Platform Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.9bizub.com and the 9bizub mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, cease use immediately.

2. Who We Are

The Platform is operated by 9bizub.com LTD, a Nigerian-registered company (“9bizub,” “we,” “us”).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you:

  • Confirm acceptance of these Terms.
  • Agree to comply with Nigerian laws.

4. Changes to Terms or Platform

  • Terms Updates: We may revise these Terms at any time. Check this page regularly for updates. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email.
  • Platform Changes: We may modify or discontinue the Platform, its features, or Content without prior notice.

5. Account Creation

  • Requirements: Must be 18+ years old. Provide accurate information (e.g., name, email, phone).
  • Responsibility: You are liable for all activities under your account. Report unauthorised use to contact@9bizub.com.
  • Deletion: Request account deletion via email or through Account Settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes (e.g., fraud, counterfeit goods).
  • Post harmful content (e.g., hate speech, harassment).
  • Scrape data, spam users, or disrupt Platform operations.
  • Sell prohibited items (e.g., weapons, narcotics, items violating Nigerian law).

7. Listings

Sellers:

  • Must legally own listed items and provide accurate descriptions.
  • Prohibited from posting counterfeit goods or acting as unauthorised agents.

Buyers:

  • Must verify item details and act lawfully in transactions.

9bizub’s Role:

  • We are not a party to transactions and do not monitor listings. We may remove non-compliant content.

8. Paid Services

  • Subscription Fees: Non-refundable. Prices displayed in Naira (₦).
  • Payment Methods: Cards, bank transfers, or mobile money.

9. Liability

  • Business Users: Platform provided “as is.” We exclude liability for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, data).
  • Personal Users: Platform for personal use only. We are not liable for commercial misuse.
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the higher of (i) fees paid for services or (ii) ₦100,000.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Amicable Resolution: Contact contact@9bizub.com first.
  • Governing Law: Nigerian law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal High Courts.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content (logos, text, images) is owned by 9bizub or licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

  • See our Privacy Policy for data handling practices compliant with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

13. Additional Terms for Specific Services

A. Property Listings

  • Agents/Developers: Must hold valid Nigerian real estate licenses.
  • Buyers/Renters: Conduct independent due diligence.

B. Motors

  • Sellers: Provide proof of vehicle ownership (e.g., Lagos State vehicle papers).

C. Verified Business Accounts

  • KYC: Submit business registration documents (CAC certificate, tax ID).
  • Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly fee in ₦. Cancel anytime via Account Settings.

14. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, power outages).

15. General

  • Third-Party Links: Not endorsed by 9bizub. Use at your risk.
  • Entire Agreement: Supersedes prior agreements. Nigerian English version prevails.
